Barcel’hona Sports Events from Spain, in collaboration with its partners Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) from Serbia, Asociaţia Ludoku from Romania, and our Centre “Right to Hope” from Cyprus, is implementing the project “Building Bridges – Basketball for People with Intellectual Disabilities”, aiming to promote inclusion through sport for some of the most vulnerable social groups.
This initiative seeks to develop new tools and methodologies in basketball for people with intellectual disabilities, promote equal participation in sports, and encourage a healthy lifestyle for all.
With activities taking place in Spain, Cyprus, Romania, and Serbia, the project “Building Bridges 2.0” will run from October 2025 to September 2026.
The project is co-funded by the European Union.
